We would like it noted that for the last 40 mins or so we have been dealing with one of your operaters Sam Newman (Travel Insurance Specialist).

We have been overwhelmed by her courtesy, humour, knowledge, efficiency, clarity and speed.

An amazing young woman, the likes of which doesnt come along often! We should know having run our own successful business for many years.

Also something that doesnt happen very often; we actually paid more for her quote than ones that we had received this afternoon, but choose to make certain she got the business, so we went with Sam!!
