We recently had cause to make a claim when our car broke down in France on 30 August.
Your staff accepted the need for specialist Ford repairs & arranged transport to the nearest Ford dealership (Pacific Ford in Morlaix). The repair could not be completed until Thursday 1 Sept at the earliest. As there was difficulty finding a local car hire firm I suggested using the Pacific Ford hire facility. Within a few minutes your French speaking rep had sorted everything out and we were on our way to our holiday destination 75 miles away, returning to pick up our car a few days later.
Your staff were extremely helpful and totally unflappable – a wonderful quality in a crisis.
We were and remain extremely grateful for their prompt actions and I will have no hesitation in recommending your service to anyone travelling abroad.
