Helpful airport parking hints
To help you decide which of our featured car parks to book we have pulled together a few helpful hints. If you simply book your airport parking based on price alone you may well end up in the wrong car park!
Car park location
How easy is the airport car park to find? The last thing you need is to be driving around the countryside looking for the car park on a dark winters morning when you've got a check in time to meet. Airports can be very large, at Heathrow for example, it can take 15 minutes to drive from Terminal 4 to Terminal 1, so make sure you check which terminal you flight departs from before selecting your car park.
Transfer Times and Frequency's
The last thing that anybody likes is to be kept hanging around. There can be quite a variation in the transfer times from different airport car parks. The on airport car parks are normally closer to the terminal and offer a shorter transfer time. How the car park operates.
The service you recieve will depend on what type of airport car park you book. The on airport car parks tend to be less customer friendly as you will have to find your own space, make your way to the bus stop and load your luggage onto the bus.
At an off airport car park you will check in at the reception office, the reception staff will be able to answer any questions you have. When you catch the transfer bus to the airport the driver will load the luggage for you.
