If you've got an early morning flight then why not avoid getting up in the middle of the night and avoid the motorway congestion by staying the night before you fly. We have teamed up with Holiday Extras to provide the widest choice of hotels at 22 UK airports.
At Gatwick airport we have a choice of 32 hotels including the Hilton Hotel Gatwick Airport which is adjacent to the South terminal and the Meridian hotel adjacent to the North terminal. At Heathrow airport we have room and parking packages at 37 hotels from the 3 star Comfort Inn to the 4 star London Marriott. There are 14 hotels to choose from at Manchester airport including the SAS Radisson hotel connected to the airport by covered walkways or off airport hotels such as the Britannia Country House.
The hotel with parking packages can be booked with up to 15 days parking. Extra days parking can be arranged with many of the hotels. Airport parking can be on site at the hotel or arranged with a local car park. There may be an additional charge payable to the hotel for transfers between the airport and hotel.
Booking a hotel with parking can often work out cheaper then airport parking alone. It can also be useful to book a hotel if you are arriving back late into the UK.

How to book an Airport Hotel with Parking
Book your airport hotel online for immediate confirmation. Real time availability. Booking your hotel online and save £2.00 A hotel or hotel with parking can be booked online in 7 easy steps. Our system works off live availability so you can be assured of immediate confirmation.
Step 1 - To obtain a quote select the airport you require from our list of 22 UK airports. Select if you would like a quote for a room only or a hotel with parking. Enter the date you wish to stay at the hotel and if you have selected a hotel with parking select the date you return to the UK i.e. when you wish to collect your car.
Step 2 - Our system will perform a real time availability check and return hotels that meet your selection criteria. You can re-order the search by ‘Price ‘or by ‘Distance to the Airport'. The icons next to the right of the hotel description will identify key features such as - hotel is close to the airport hotel has parking on or off site family rooms available 24 hour transfer For more general information click the ‘MORE INFO' button. Once you have decided on your preferred hotel simply click the ‘Select' button next to the hotel price.
Step 3 - Our system will now check the chosen hotel for a full list of available rooms. Simply the select the number of rooms required from the drop down lists and click the proceed button.
Step 4 - To confirm your room with the hotel we will need to take some personal information. Only your Title, Initial and Surname will be passed to the hotel.
Step 5 - Please read and check our terms and conditions before moving on to the payment page. The top of this page will show the details of your booking so far.
Step 6 - We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We use a secure sever to process transactions and you card is not stored on our server once it has been processed. If you would prefer to receive a confirmation by post please select from the drop down selection. We also offer the ability to include a cancellation waiver for jus £1.00. This will waive the cost if you need to cancel a booking. Please note this will only waive the cost of the cancellation fee (£15.00) if cancelled 48 hours in advance of your arrival date.
Step 7 - Once your credit card has been processed you will displayed confirmation of your booking. You can print a copy of this page to present to the hotel on your arrival date. We will also automatically generate an email confirmation. Your confirmation will include details of your booking and payment as well as specific information about your hotel stay such as directions and parking information.

This can often work out cheaper then booking parking alone. The airport parking arrangements vary slightly at each hotel the cheaper packages are typically those that provide parking at the hotel.
Secure Car Parking Packages - Some airport hotels offer secure parking packages which means that your car will be parked within an established car park rather than at the hotel. This not only means the car is kept in a secure car park but also means you will benefit from a quicker transfer service to the airport as it is often a more frequent service.
