If travelling from the South, take junction 13
If travelling from the North, take junction 14
At the first main roundabout from the M40 join the A452 signposted Leamington Spa and Warwick.
At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit on to Europa Way.
Proceed along Europa Way and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit (McDonalds to your right).
Continue over the canal bridge and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit on to Princes Drive, at the next roundabout turn right under the viaduct, carry on until the mini roundabout and turn left on to Adelaide Road.
Continue up this road through the pedestrian crossing and over the river, at the second set of traffic lights turn right on to Warwick Street then first right on to Portland Street. St Albans House is the first
building on the left. On street parking is often available for up to two hours, alternatively there is a
multi storey car park on Russell Street.

Directions from M1
From the M1 Take the M45 exit and continue along the M45 and into the A45.
After the Baginton Roundabout take the turnoff to the A46 Southbound.
Turn off the A46 at the Leamington Spa turn off (A452 - Kenilworth Road).
Continue along the A452 and into the B4087 until the end of the road.
Turn right onto Clarendon Avenue and then take the third turning on the left into Russell Street.
Continue to the end of Russell Street and then turn right onto Warwick Street.
Portland Street is the first turning left.

Directions from A46
Turn off the A46 at the Leamington Spa turn off (A452 - Kenilworth Road).
Continue along the A452 and into the B4087 until the end of the road.
Turn right onto Clarendon Avenue and then take the third turning on the left into Russell Street.
Continue to the end of Russell Street and then turn right onto Warwick Street.
Portland Street is the first turning left.
